Check your balance

Open the user menu → Credits & billing. The meter shows:
  • Credits left this cycle, and when they reset.
  • How many you’ve used this cycle.
  • Any you’ve bought on top.
On a team plan, the meter shows Team credits shared by everyone on the team.

Top up

On Credits & billing, choose how many Units to buy (it starts at your seat count) and click Continue to checkout. Pay by card or bank transfer (ACH). Purchased credits roll over.

Running out

When you’re low, you’ll see a note on the meter. If you run out mid-chat, the chat offers lighter, faster models that use fewer credits, and a Top up credits button.
