# Ask about the map

> Get a summary of what's in view, and ask questions about it.

Hover or click the **place name** in the top bar to open the place panel.

## The summary

The top of the panel is a free digest of what's in your current view. **Zoom to fit** frames the area, and **Open ‹County› County** opens the county.

## Ask a question

Type in **Ask about this view…**, or pick a suggestion like *What produces around here?* or *Who is most active in this view?*

Answers can highlight wells or zones on the map. When an answer changes what's on the map, **Undo** puts it back. **Clear** starts a new conversation.
