# Charts

> Build a board of charts about your project.

Open **Charts** in the rail. Charts live on a **Board**, and **Series & decline** is next to it.

## Build a chart

Click **New chart** to open the chart builder. Choose a mode:

* **Guided** asks three questions: *What are you looking at?*, *What do you want to compare?*, and *How should it be cut?* Then pick a chart type: **Auto**, **Line**, **Scatter**, **Bar**, or **P10/P50/P90**.
* **All at once** shows every option together: the data to start from, joins, grouping, metrics, filters (**Keep only**), top N series, sorting and row limits.

## Work with a chart

Each chart's menu has **Edit query**, **Rename**, **Duplicate**, **Colors…**, **View data**, **Export CSV** and **Remove**. Quick edits change ranges, the legend and series without reopening the builder.

## Series & decline

Plot oil, gas or water over time for your project's wells or leases. Pick a range (**All**, **15y**, **10y**, **5y**, **3y**) and use **Filter targets** to focus on some of them.
